How long we keep information
We keep financial and billing records for 6 years to comply with HMRC tax obligations. Client project and operational data is kept for the duration of our contract and is securely deleted upon completion of services or upon request. General inquiries are kept for 12 months.

This data processor does the following activities for us: They track and record the precise active working hours spent on client tasks and projects to ensure transparent, accurate, and fair billing.
